My Summer Makeup Favorites

I often get asked about the products I use on my face every day. Some of them I use all year long, but others I only use in the summer! I like to put less heavy makeup on during the hot summer months. Here is a list of my favorite makeup products right now! I have linked the products through Ulta's website, but you can buy these products at tons of places.

Dream Pure BB Cream by Maybelline

This BB Cream is labeled as a "sheer tinted" cream but it actually has enough color to provide decent coverage! I have had acne for years and this cream is a great alternative to heavy foundations and super-moisturizing creams. My favorite part about this product is that it has salicylic acid. It helps prevent acne and acne-causing bacteria from sitting on my skin all day.

Huge Extreme Lash Mascara by Stila

I love how this mascara separates my lashes! It really makes them longer-looking too! This mascara both volumizes and lengthens. I know that everyone's favorite mascara is different - I have super curly lashes and hooded eyelids. If that sounds similar to you, then maybe you'll love this mascara too!

Voluminous Lash Paradise Primer by L'Oreal

The best way to prepare your eyelashes for mascara is to prime them! I like how this primer adds shape and volume to my eyelashes before I apply mascara. Also, it's pink :)

Tinted Brow Mascara by NYX Cosmetics

I love brow tints because you just need to comb your brows. There's no drawing, shaping, or coloring to do at all! I comb this tint in my eyebrows to make them look a bit fluffier and fuller. It takes two seconds to make my brows look so much softer.

Mint lip balm (EOS or Burt's Bees)

Burt's Bees Peppermint lip balm was a limited edition flavor and I couldn't be more upset about that! However, I have been using EOS Sweet Mint lip balm for years and it's the best! I like how minty lip balm cools and tingles on my lips. Even with acne products, my skin loves anything with mint in it.
